Updated the theme syntax to be compatible with RapidWeaver 4.

Theme 009 has been updated:

• optimized the styles.css so that Safari no longer tries to load the woodgrain background when not being used
• added a default background color to the content area so that published sites will degrade gracefully for visitors with javascript disabled

This is an optional download that is designed to make those who have page in excess of 2048px. This alternate configuration replaces one file in your theme that will allow greater page lengths. It is an unsupported configuration so please use only if necessary.

Theme 009 has been updated to fix inactive footer links in Safari and Firefox.
