Corrected an issue where the top of the magazine would render an image from an older version THEME 004.

Updated the theme syntax to be compatible with RapidWeaver 4.

Theme 004 has been updated to full RapidWeaver 3.6 compatibility, including the advanced color picking features.

Improved splash page functionality to be useable with all page styles.

Added the option for a splash page.
