• optimized the styles.css so that Safari no longer tries to load the woodgrain background when not being used
• added a default background color to the content area so that published sites will degrade gracefully for visitors with javascript disabled

Hours of operation

Judging by the tone and frequency of some support emails it has become increasingly clear that our bold, red type is not being understood. The instructions above the submission form clearly state:

All support questions will be answered from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm EST

We honestly do want to help you, but we are only in the office during these hours. If you submit a claim late Friday afternoon, we will be sure to address it early Monday morning.

FAQ

But before you submit a claim, PLEASE read the FAQ from top to bottom. There are very few support questions we ever come across that can't be answered in the FAQ. That's how the FAQ came to be, from frequently asked questions. We have answered 99% of the questions we ever get there.

If it is a bug?

Chances are we might already know about it and have already fixed it. You can check each themes "Change log" page (found in the sub navigation of each themes information page) and see if there is an update or multiple updates that apply to the bug you might be experiencing. If any of those updates are dated after your original purchase date then you should download and install them. If they don't fix your problems then by all means use our support form to let us know you have found a bug.

Use our official support form

In order for us to track bugs and offer support effectively and efficiently you need to submit a claim using our support form. Starting a thread in the RapidWeaver forum may indeed shed some light on your situation but there is no way for us to know you have submitted any concerns there and no way properly track and monitor your issue. Only by submitting a proper request for support via our support form can we ensure that your needs get addressed as soon as possible and as effectively as possible.
