Requirements

optimized the styles.css so that Safari no longer tries to load the woodgrain background when not being used

added a default background color to the content area so that published sites will degrade gracefully for visitors with javascript disabled

Hours of operation

Judging by the tone and frequency of some support emails it has become increasingly clear that our bold, red type is not being understood. The instructions above the submission form clearly state:

All support questions will be answered from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm EST

We honestly do want to help you, but we are only in the office during these hours. If you submit a claim late Friday afternoon, we will be sure to address it early Monday morning.

FAQ

But before you submit a claim, PLEASE read the FAQ from top to bottom. There are very few support questions we ever come across that can't be answered in the FAQ. That's how the FAQ came to be, from frequently asked questions. We have answered 99% of the questions we ever get there.

If it is a bug?

Chances are we might already know about it and have already fixed it. You can check each themes "Change log" page (found in the sub navigation of each themes information page) and see if there is an update or multiple updates that apply to the bug you might be experiencing. If any of those updates are dated after your original purchase date then you should download and install them. If they don't fix your problems then by all means use our support form to let us know you have found a bug.

Use our official support form

In order for us to track bugs and offer support effectively and efficiently you need to submit a claim using our support form. Starting a thread in the RapidWeaver forum may indeed shed some light on your situation but there is no way for us to know you have submitted any concerns there and no way properly track and monitor your issue. Only by submitting a proper request for support via our support form can we ensure that your needs get addressed as soon as possible and as effectively as possible.

Anyhow, we thank you very much for your patronage and hopefully this will shed some light on how we work.

THEME 004 has been updated to RapidWeaver 3.6 and takes full advantage of all of the new features, including the more advanced color picking feature. There are also a great deal of enhancements and new features:

New background textures to enhance the look of your desk
Control the color of your background with Rapidweaver 3.6 color picker
Choose from a handful of knick-knacks to sit on your desk like a pen, keys, a cup of coffee, paper clips, etc...
Title and slogan background choices such as yellow stickies, loose paper, note pad, etc...
Choose any color you like for so many of the design elements such as link colors, header colors, text colors, etc...

The long awaited and anticipated RapidWeaver 3.6 update to our finest theme, THEME 004, is just around the corner. We went all out on this update and totally overhauled THEME 004 to include some of the most requested and sought after features. Without spoiling the surprise, here are just a few hints at what the new THEME 004 has in store:

As I am sure you are all aware, RapidWeaver 3.6 has been released. We have begun the process of updating or upgrading all of our current themes to take advantage of some, if not all of the new features available in 3.6. We are proud to announce the first of such theme upgrades, THEME 006, which takes advantage of all of the new features, including the more advanced color picking feature.
