How do I buy THEME WEAVER themes?

In each of our theme description pages you will find a large "Purchase" button. Clicking this button will take you to our shopping cart page where you can then process your PayPal payments or continue to shop.

How do I install my theme?

Once you've opened the DMG file you simply need to double-click the rwtheme file (will appear with a blue icon). Learn more...

Where is my password?

Your password is included in the email containing the file download link.

Who is E-Junkie?

Why has my link expired?

In the event that you have had difficulty downloading your purchase, you might find that your link has expired. This is a security measure that protects our products and services from abuse. Your link can be reactivated by contacting us.

How do I report a bug or ask for support?

It is preferred that you fill in this form to let us know, but in the event that your concern is mission critical or time sensitive, you can call (905) 568-3030 between the hours of 7:00am and 3:00pm EST.

When submitting a support concern, be sure to include a URL for our inspection. This is critical to allow us to answer your concerns quickly and effectively.

Include any relevant attachments if you feel it would help describe your concerns but please be mindful of the size of the attachment.

Are theme updates free?

All minor bug fixes and feature updates are free of charge. Major updates or upgrades as a result of changes in the platform or operating system that are out of our control and might render a theme less than fully functional or inoperable may have a cost associated with them. This will be entirely dependent on the circumstances and will be priced accordingly.

How do I get my theme updates?

All theme updates will be posted in an update repository for each theme. If there are any to be downloaded, they will be at the top of the list in the "Change log" for that theme.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No you do not. PayPal will take you through the process of completing the transaction with your credit card if you do not have an existing PayPal account.

Why can't I download my completed purchase?

Is support free?

We support the function and usability our themes and products free of charge. Questions concerning theme modification and customization are not free and will be billed by the hour.
